Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
We move fast! All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24 hours. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a secure tracking link to follow your package directly to your doorstep.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yes! From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, we offer pan-India shipping with secure and guaranteed delivery.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. To ensure a smooth process, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your COD order before it is dispatched.
Can I pay using UPI?
Absolutely. We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), as well as credit cards, debit cards, and net banking through our secure checkout portal.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. For hygiene reasons, certain personal care and beauty items cannot be returned once opened
Why do I need an unboxing video?
To protect both our customers and our business from transit fraud, an uncut, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory to claim a refund or replacement for damaged goods. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the opening of the sealed package.
How will I receive my refund if I paid via COD?
For COD orders, refunds cannot be issued in cash. Our support team will request your UPI ID or bank account details via official email to securely transfer your refund within 5-7 business days of the return being approved.
