• COD Orders: For orders utilizing Cash on Delivery, we reserve the right to verify your order via phone call or messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp) prior to dispatch. If we cannot verify the order, or if the shipping address is deemed incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Order Limitations: We may limit the quantities of products offered to any person or geographic region. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sparkify. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sparkify.
