Refund policy
At Sparkify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the strict conditions below.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strictly Enforced) To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, an uncut, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must clearly show the original packaging, the shipping label, and the opening of the package to reveal the defect or missing item.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a general return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Process for Returns
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopsparkify@gmail.com with your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video/photos.
2. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions on how to send the package back.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• COD Orders: We will request your UPI ID or bank account details via official email to process the refund. We do not provide cash refunds.
