Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification containing tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer standard tracked shipping across India.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days, depending on your pin code and the courier partner's serviceability in your area.

• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, regional disruptions, or high courier volumes are out of our control, though we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date), and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification To ensure a smooth delivery experience and prevent fraudulent orders, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify your COD order before it is dispatched. Unverified orders or those with incomplete shipping addresses may be cancelled.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched by our fulfillment partner, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update the live status of your shipment.
